The Heart Behind The Wick

The Wick It Lounge was launched in October 2024 with a simple idea: to create a unique experience where people could gather, connect, and express their creativity. The goal was to offer something different for friends, families, and groups who wanted an interactive activity that allowed them to relax, have fun, and create something meaningful together.

After hosting our first few classes, many guests began asking if we could bring the experience to their homes or event spaces. In response, The Wick It Lounge evolved into a mobile candle making experience. Today, when you book with us, we bring The Wick It Lounge directly to you. We transform your space into a creative environment where guests learn how to craft their own custom candles using 100% soy wax, non toxic fragrances, and a selection of luxury vessels.

During our classes, guests often commented on how much they loved our fragrance blends. That enthusiasm inspired us to expand beyond the experience itself. To make the most of the beautiful vessels and fragrances used during our workshops, we launched our own candle line, The City Living Collection.

This collection was designed to capture the spirit of Chicago through scent. Each candle offers a sensory experience that reflects the energy, character, and beauty of the city we call home.
